FS3198-C48-009 Weighing Display Controller
FS3198-C48-009 special weighing controller is a special weighing controller customized by our company based on C41-009 and C48-009 weighing controllers according to the requirements of the weighing process in which the on-site hopper is grabbed to the hopper scale and the hopper scale is put into the container.
Control implementation path:
- The special weighing controller instrument is responsible for weight acquisition and processing, carrying out multi-bucket loading according to the set weight, and the system has associated lock control, communicating with the computer to receive computer commands;
- The computer is only responsible for inputting the container loading parameters, downloading the container loading amount to the weighing controller, and displaying the relevant information of the electronic scale (current weight, actual container loading amount, bucket times, unloading door status, infrared light shielding status), storing the container loading information, actual loading weight, statistical query, and printing reports, etc. The computer does not participate in the control.

Data Transfer and Verification
- The computer software automatically receives data from the FS3198-C48 weighing controller, including switch information, real-time weight, and sewage discharge records.
- The sewage discharge data is verified and stored.
- The computer confirms receipt of the data to the weighing controller.
- The weighing controller can then proceed with the next weighing and unloading process.
Data Processing and Reporting
- The software can query and count sewage discharge output.
- Statistical reports can be printed and exported to Excel for further analysis.
- The operator on duty and material name can be entered and automatically saved for future use.
- Weighing lists can be automatically printed.
- The format of the weighing list can be customized.

Workflow
1. Grab Placement and Door Closure:
The grab is located above the scale bucket.
The scale bucket’s discharge door has been secured.
2 . Crown Block and Hopper Control:
Crown Block. A traveling crane’s crown block moves to the location of its hopper.
The discharge door for the hopper has been secured.
The weighing controller decides if and when to record the tare weight.
3 . Grab Discharge and Weighing:
Green light signals for release.
Once a grab is removed from its mount, a weighing controller records its gross weight.
Allow the weighing bucket to unload by unlacing its cord.
This system prevents simultaneous discharge and improper door closure to ensure precise weighing.

4. Container Loading and Weighing:
If the discharge door of the weighing bucket opens or closes while weight processing, a red light is activated.
Once the weight has been processed and the door closed, a green light is signalled.
To prepare for a new container, the door of the weighing hopper was closed.
The green light enables the grab to successfully place materials above its hopper.
5. Container Weighing and Data Management:
A scale hopper is used to measure and release a container’s total weight.
Grab movement and discharge take precedence over hopper discharge.
This system ensures accurate container weighing and safeguards against issues like partial discharge or overflow.
The system saves and prints load/weigh data for reference and analysis.
