The main body of the hopper is made of 304 stainless steel and supports customization for volumes of 3L/5L/10L/15L, accommodating the temporary storage and weighing needs of powder materials in different batches.
Automated unloading system
- Cylinder-driven discharge door: The hopper is equipped with a stainless steel discharge door, which is precisely controlled by a cylinder for stable and controllable discharge action.
- Optional magnetic switch: The cylinder can be equipped with a magnetic switch to detect the door’s open/close position in real time, thus avoiding misoperations.
- Pneumatic vibration discharge (optional): After weighing is completed, pneumatic vibration is initiated simultaneously during the discharge process to assist in the rapid evacuation of viscous/poorly flowing powder materials, reducing residue.

- Hopper outlet: It adopts a circular outlet design, suitable for the feeding interfaces of most pipelines/equipment.
- Solenoid valve configuration: Standard configuration includes a 4V210-DC solenoid valve (optional brands such as AirTAC are available). The pneumatic components exhibit stable performance and have a long service life.
