Bincen provides high-quality hopper scales. There are three layers in the whole weighing system. The first layer is the weighing protection hopper, the second layer is the weighing metering hopper, and the third layer is the conveying hopper.
It is an industrial scale used to measure the weight of materials in the hopper. It is mainly composed of weighing hopper, support, pneumatic valve, high-precision weighing sensor, junction box, signal cable, intelligent weighing display, etc. After entering the hopper, materials will be automatically measured and the total weight will be accumulated.
The Working Process
- The instrument controller feeding valve feeds the metering hopper;
- Measure and accumulate weight;
- Open the hopper for discharging and the valve for discharging;
- After discharging, automatically close the discharging valve.
