Working Process of RFID Card Automatic Identification IoT Intelligent Weighing System:

  1. The vehicle prepares for weighing (traffic light is green, both entrance and exit barrier gates are closed).
  2. When the vehicle passes the RFID recognition area, the system automatically identifies the license plate information via RFID.
  3. After successful identification, the entrance barrier gate opens automatically, and the system gives a voice prompt: Please drive onto the scale.
  4. After the vehicle drives onto the scale, the traffic light turns from green to red. If the infrared grating is blocked, the voice prompts: Infrared blocked, please park in the middle of the scale platform.
  5. The vehicle stops after fully driving onto the truck scale. After the vehicle completely passes the ground induction coil of the entrance gate, the entrance barrier gate closes automatically.
  6. When the vehicle is fully within the range of two pairs of photoelectric switches and the weight becomes stable, the system automatically saves weighing data, broadcasts the weight by voice, displays real-time weight on the large screen, and automatically captures weighing images, which are stored together with weighing data.
  7. After the weighing record is completed, the voice prompts the driver to drive off the scale; the exit barrier gate opens automatically. The driver drives away. When the weighbridge instrument returns to zero and no vehicle is detected by the ground sensor, the exit barrier gate closes automatically.
  8. All weighing data is automatically synchronized to the IoT platform, and the weighing ticket is automatically printed by the printer in the weighing room.
