Feeding Control System of Three Speed Feeding Weighing Display Controller

This system employs a two-speed or three-speed feeding mechanism. The primary goal is to ensure precise material feeding while optimizing efficiency.
Process:
- Fast Feeding: Initially, two doors open to rapidly feed material. This phase continues until a predetermined fast-feeding threshold is reached.
- Slow Feeding: Subsequently, one door opens for slower, more precise feeding. This phase is regulated by a slow feeding threshold.
- Replenishment: If the material level falls below an acceptable lower limit, a single door automatically jogs to replenish the material.
- Door Alternation: To prevent material segregation within the silo, the system alternates the slow-feeding door for each subsequent feeding cycle.
Post-Feeding Operations:
- Unloading: The system can be unloaded either automatically or manually by pressing the unloading key.
- Residual Material Control: A discharging threshold ensures that minimal material remains in the feeding mechanism.
